To prolong the life of your jewellery and to benefit fully from its beauty, do try to avoid direct contact with perfume, hairsprays and scented lotions, as the chemicals in these products may react to the plating of your items and could cause eventual tarnishing. To preserve their charm store flat and away from direct sunlight when not in use.
Vintage Scene - condition of items in this category
Items featured in this category have been loved and adored previously and therefore, are not brand new, that is the nature of genuine Vintage jewellery. We believe this adds immense character and intrigue to each piece. However, meticulous care has been taken when selecting each item, to ensure they are in the very best condition for re-sale and any signs of age are part of its unique character and should not be regarded as imperfections. Many items featured are in as new condition, where although it is old store stock from different eras and is actually old in terms of age, it is new in that it has never been worn, despite being in circulation for over thirty or more years. Most of the earrings featured in this category, have also been completely unworn and in perfect condition. Items that have been worn are described as in 'very good' condition - where the product is showing some signs of slight wear or in 'excellent' condition - where the product shows signs of very little wear. The jewellery of yesteryear is unique, timeless and makes for some very fine, exquisite jewellery indeed.
Product DescriptionsWe endeavour to describe all jewellery in each category, as accurately as can be, however actual colours and sizes may differ very slightly in reality than from the photographs shown. Measurements are evident with the descriptions of each item, so please do refer to this as a guide. Not all our Vintage items are necessarily unique. We may have had, at any one time, more than one of each item for sale.
Designs by Juliet - Bespoke Service
We offer a Bespoke service on our handcrafted designs featured. We use glass crystal beading, agate, onyx and lava beads, amongst other semi-precious cut stones. If you would like your own creation designed, or would like to place an individual order for a specific combination of materials that you have seen in our gallery, please do feel free to get in touch. Your requests are most welcomed and we would be very happy to discuss your requirements.
Packaging
Each piece of jewellery purchased will be complimentary gift wrapped in our signature style, which will include soft tissue paper. If you are sending the item as a gift to someone, please put your personal message for the recipient, in the message box provided on our checkout page and we will be more than happy to fulfil your request.
Your Payment/Secure Server
All on-line payments are processed by Paypal via their secure server. You do not need to have a Paypal account in order to place an order on our website. Paypal accept credit/debit card payments without the need to register a Paypal account. All payments are processed in GBP Sterling. Alternate currencies are shown as a reference guideline only as an approximate exchange value.
Dispatch of Goods & Postage Rates
FREE DELIVERY ON ALL UK & NORTHERN IRELAND ORDERS
If you are living in the UK or Northern Ireland you will receive free delivery on any orders. All items are usually dispatched within 48 hours of receiving the order and sent via 2nd class recorded delivery, which needs to be signed for and should take up to 3 working days.
GUARANTEED NEXT DAY DELIVERY TO THE UK & NORTHERN IRELAND
Guaranteed next day delivery service is offered at £5.95 for orders being delivered to the UK and Northern Ireland. Please note that this service can only be guaranteed on orders received before 2pm Monday to Friday. The next day delivery service is not available for any other destination, other than mentioned.
EUROPE
Delivery service to Europe is offered at £8.00 on any order and should take 3-7 working days.
USA & OVERSEAS
Delivery service to the United States and other Non Europe destinations is offered at £10.00. Please note all international deliveries are sent via Airsure. Delivery should take 7-10 working days. All local taxes and import duties are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns Policy
In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your jewellery, it may be returned to us within 7 working days of delivery for a refund, in the condition and original packaging in which it was sent. Please get in touch via the various means, as indicated on our Contact Details page, before returning. Until receiving the returned item back, they will remain your responsibility, so please do ensure that you use a signed for Royal Mail service, to avoid your item going missing in transit, as a refund cannot be sanctioned if this were to occur.
Privacy Policy/Right to Vary
We do not disclose your personal details to any third party. We will hold your information for the sole purpose of dealing with your orders and your email details will only be for our business use.
Our website cookies do not contain any personal information about you and are used only to determine your browser and user preferences for our site.
At Juliet's Jewellery Box LONDON, we reserve the right at all times to vary and improve any content on our website pages. In addition, we may withdraw or change the description of any items also.
Customer Loyalty Points
We offer a loyalty point scheme, which is available to customers who register an account with us. Loyalty point credits can be redeemed against a future purchase from our website. To redeem your points, login to your account with us at the checkout stage and your points value will automatically be redeemed against the cost of your items. Loyalty points are valid for 12 months. Note we do not offer cash alternatives in lieu of points, points for cancelled orders or returned items will be debited back.
For each £1 spent, you will be awarded 1 loyalty point. A loyalty point is worth 5p.
For example - an item purchased for £60 will acrue 60 points, at a value of £3.
