This classic vintage 1980s gold tone brooch is very simple and elegant and is signed by MONET.  A wonderful timeless piece in very good vintage condition.

DESIGNER HISTORY - MONET was established in 1927 as Monocraft, founded by Michael and Jay Chernow.  They began signing pieces 'Monet' in 1937 and from 1955 all Monet signatures were accompanied with the copyright 'c' mark also.  Monet pieces are now highly collectable, due to the historical story of this profound company that grew and grew.
